If your ceiling has a light fixture with a screw-in bulb, it fits. With the blades clipped on it is about 16–20 inches across and roughly 8 inches tall — leave a little clearance below the fixture for the blades.
The LED runs up to 30W or 40W depending on the version, fully dimmable across warm, neutral and cool white. The fan has 3 speeds on a quiet brushless motor — enough to keep a bedroom or office comfortable, not a replacement for a full-size industrial fan.
